Ranch Dressing

I tried a modified version of this Ranch dressing tonight. (Modified because I didn't have any sour cream and used low fat mayo). Pretty darn good on Cobb salad made with iceberg lettuce, chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, hard boiled egg and chicken (for me) or bacon (for the kids).

Note that everything on the Veggie Venture website has both nutrition info and WW points.

Thanks for the tip! I will definitely try it. Some other salad dressing or salad dressing related comments. I have used lowfat or no-fat Ranch dressing mixed with salsa as a dressing for a taco salad. Also with making my Caesar salad, I found that if I use two tsp of salad dressing per serving and plenty of Parmesan, it is one point for the dressing and whatever points remaining for the naturally lower fat cheese. Bottom line better to cheese it up to dress it up. Yummy.
