Ate fiber one today and had half a thin bar
Ate a salad with sliced turkey on top. I sauteed asparagus and fresh fava beans (worth a post in itself with pics- poster bean for compost waste) with a tsp of oil, sprinkled with salt and pepper. raw peppers, onion and romaine. No dressing needed b/c of turkey and sauteed veggies. YUM! One slice of double fiber bread.
I think I am eating too much salt for this diet. Salted nuts, regular turkey, miso soup and noodle sodium invasion added to soup last night.
Yoga yesterday and weights, ran with Teri today- maybe push-ups later. Tomorrow run or yoga? Can't decide- maybe run to yoga?

Go, Sharon! I love fava beans, but agree that they're a pain to peel. At least they're big. I'm not sure how closely you're doing the Gwyneth diet, either. Sounds like you're doing a hardcore WW. But who cares? I'm finding the WWGD a bit dull already and miss the flexibility (and high produce content) of WW.
Well, I guess I thought if you look at her veggie and non-veggie lunch options, she includes raw veggies of your choice, greens of your choice, boiled beets, avocado, almond butter, low carb wrap and turkey (low sodium). So...I figured a salad with lunch meat fit. And, obviously with soup and boiled beets it is not a raw food diet. And, with almond butter and avocado, a little fat is OK. I don't know- what do you think?
How did the turkey kale soup go over?
Basically, WWGD is just a higher protein, very low cal diet, right? So it *is* hard to know what's in or what's out. Salt, as you pointed out.
Soup was a big hit. I threw in a little chili garlic and it was perfect. I agree with you about the prep. Not the best recipe.
