As a result of these raw foods postings, I ended up eating a tofu salad instead of a small portion of "healthy" mac and cheese w/veggies. I did add capers and roasted bells which added a lot.
you always make such tasty food...today's lunch is a serving of mashed sweet potatoes and a big romaine lettuce and tomato salad. Not because I'm being virtuous, but, in an effort to count point, it was what I could shake out of the fridge on my way out the door.
